Omics Data Generation Centers (ODGC)
University of California, San Diego
The mission of the UCSD ODGC is to generate high-quality genetic variantfor each subjectand extracellularRNA profiling data for the ~11,000 plasma or serum samples collected longitudinally from study subjects by the Clinical Centers, to transmit the data and metadata to the Data Coordination Center in a timely manner, and to collaborate with theData Integration Resource Center on data analysis and interpretation.
The UCSD ODGC provides expertise in high-throughput geneticvariant analysis and extracellular RNA profiling using a variety of technologies for diverse biospecimens. We also have extensive experience in tracking of samples and relevant metadata, quality control and computational analysis of genomic data.
