Report to the upper level of Lobby M at Domino’s Farms, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor.
Park in the lot closest to Lobby M. Once in Lobby M, take either the stairs or elevator to the upper level (Floor 3 in the elevator). Pass through the glass door directly in front of the top of the stairs. A Chronic Pain & Fatigue Research Center staff member will be there to greet you.

Report to the Tolan Park Research Clinic, Wayne State School of Medicine, 3901 Chrysler Drive, Suite 2B, Detroit.
When you arrive at Tolan Park Research Clinic approach the gate and it will automatically rise. Park in any of the open spaces. Research staff will meet you at the main entrance on the East side of the building. To exit the parking lot, the code is ‘1-2-3-4’.

When you arrive, please park in any of the open spaces west of the entrance (in front of the building). Go to the front desk located on the first floor. After checking-in, staff will help direct/guide you to your appointment. If you get lost or confused at any point while on campus, feel free to ask any staff member for assistance.
